At present, Green Cross has developed various education opportunities and systems to bring up the GC Leader (Greencross Core-competent Leader), so that men of talent can develop their competence and career while working happily in their expert fields.
 
The purpose of on-the-job training is to transfer the management philosophy, vision and values of Green Cross to new employees and make them acquire basic attainments and etiquette as members of an organization. It provides them with time to adjust themselves to a new environment of the company, so that they can establish a human relationship with companions and seniors. At this time, they acquire the basic competence that Green Cross pursues.
 
 
It aims at cultivating essential knowledge and skills required for job execution in each sector. For new employees, the training starts with the senor as a mentor education, in the form of on-the-job training (OJT). When the basic training is completed, they undergo the expert job competence firm-up training in the form of the in-house training or the outsourced training according to the corresponding department or division's conditions. It is the most important and intensive training that employees have to take until they acquire enough competence to be the experts in the corresponding field.
 
 
This is a training course being developed in order to improve the personal relations and the business performance at the same time through seamless communication among team members. It aims at building up a positive enterprise environment where the competence of manpower is not kept idle but completely expressed to act upon achieving the results, by modifying and supplementing the existing leadership training based on Parato Rules (20/80 Rules) and forming an symbiotic work environment where the pulling power of the leader and the pushing power of the followers are equally respected.

For this, Green Cross has carried out the in-house English education and has been building up the web-based on-line English education system in cooperation with the university language centers, with an aim to make English an official language among all employees; and has made step-by-step progress of IT education to secure the efficiency of business execution with the completely computerized business processes.
 
 
Purpose of the e-business management training is to provide the higher management with the information on the future management environment and allow them to develop the strategies to maintain the superiority in the enterprise competition and build up the market analysis skills. It aims at developing the ability to present new visions and solve problems through lecturer and discussions on the latest e-Biz trend and management technique and related hot issues, and further promoting the achievement of ultimate goals of the enterprise by concentrating the capabilities of sectors and unit organizations of the enterprise.
